5.2 e-Documents
e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill
Fully integrated with GİB through the Hızlı Teknoloji e-Connect private integrator. Documents are generated in UBL-TR 2.1 format and validated against the XSD schema before sending.
Outgoing invoices
- The recipient's e-Invoice registration is detected automatically from the GİB list: e-Invoice or e-Archive
- Sales, returns, withholding, exemption, special tax base
- Draft → preview → single / bulk sending in the background
- Resend, query status; download PDF, XML, HTML
- e-Archive cancellation
Incoming invoices
- Accept / reject response and response deadline alert
- Bulk posting and undo
- Expense category assignment, linking to waybills
- Transfer to another branch
- Manual incoming invoice with file upload
e-Waybill
- Outgoing e-Waybill drafts and sending
- Incoming e-Waybills and waybill responses
- Resending
- Used as the dispatch waybill for warehouse outbound shipments
Accounting link
A sent invoice is automatically posted as a journal voucher to the account matched by tax ID.
Rejected invoices
A reversing entry is created automatically and the consignment slip link is cleared.
Change log
All changes to e-document records are also written to a separate log.
